This is a “nuts and bolts” presentation of Landlord and Tenant Law, with special emphasis on local practice. The speakers include experienced practitioners with backgrounds in both landlord and tenant issues as well as Judge Susan Stoney of the Fairfax General District Court.  Both substantive and procedural comprehensive information and tips will be included.

This program of the Northern Virginia Pro Bono Law Center is designed to provide opportunities for hands-on pro bono work in conjunction with Legal Services of Northern Virginia, allowing the lawyer to gain valuable experience with the assistance of legal aid staff attorneys while helping those most in need. This 3 credit MCLE program (credits approved) is free to active members of the Virginia State Bar in exchange for pro bono service.
